Parking will be different for each venue but will always be free of charge. Please take a look at your specific sport’s page on our website to see parking for your venue. Some venues require parking in a lot and taking a shuttle to the event.
When will my specific schedules be posted on the website? Where do I find a competition schedule with times listed for events? How do I find when my athlete competes?
We will post each sport’s schedule 1 week prior to the event. The handbook will be posted on the website with competition times.
How many events/ sports can an athlete compete in at Summer Games?
An athlete can compete in one sport per day.
Are meals being served? If so, are they available for spectators, and do I need a ticket?
Yes. At many venues, there will be food trucks providing food to all athletes, Unified Partners, volunteers, and spectators. Check your sport’s page on our website to see dates and times.
Athletes staying in the residence halls will also be given a wristband that will allow entry for meals at the dining halls. The meal package includes dinner on May 16th, breakfast, lunch & dinner on May 17th & breakfast on May 18th.
Delegations not taking advantage of the room & meal package, may make advance arrangements to purchase meals.
Is food available for purchase?
Yes, there is an option to purchase meals at the dining halls. An adult ticket to the dining hall is $11.65, and for a child under 9 is $9.00.
When/ where are opening ceremonies?
Opening Ceremonies are at Hilton Coliseum on Thursday, May 16th beginning at 7:00 PM. The parade line up will begin at 6:15 PM.
Where can I sign up to volunteer?
Sign up to volunteer at Summer Games here! There are morning, afternoon, or all day shifts available.
Where is delegation registration?
On May 16-17, delegation registration is located on the first floor of the Scheman Building. On May 18, Delegations will need to go to the Lied Recreation Center to register.
