The Register is revamping its all-state offerings by honoring the best of the best in Iowa in 21 high school sports and Special Olympics. The year-round effort culminates with the June 18 All-Iowa sports banquet at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines featuring speaker Peyton Manning, the NFL’s only five-time most valuable player.
