Equestrian Competition

Nearly 60 horse riding athlete enthusiasts participate in seven different events. The competition is held in September at the Jester Park Stables near Granger.

Events: An athlete may choose two events.
Horsemanship (Walk Only, Western & English)
Egg and Spoon (must trot)
Barrel Race
Ball Drop (One bucket)
Key Hole Race
Pole Bending
Baton Relay

The next Equestrian Competition will be held at Jester Park Equestrian Center near Des Moines on September 15, 2012.
